Four promises, in writing.

Most brands have been burned by a reseller who tanked the price or sold questionable stock. These are the terms we hold ourselves to with every brand we carry.

MAP is honored. Always.

We never price below your minimum advertised price, and we don't race to the bottom to win a sale.

Invoice-sourced only.

Every unit comes from the brand or an authorized distributor, with a paper trail. No arbitrage, no diverted or gray-market stock.

We never compete with you.

If a brand sells its own listing, we stay off it. We're here to extend your reach, not take your sales.

IV.

In stock, never dumped.

We plan inventory from sales data so your listings stay live, and we never liquidate your product at a discount.

The founder

Owned and run by a U.S. Marine.

Hollowmere is two Old English words put together. A hollow is a small valley tucked between hills. A mere is a lake. Hollowmere means the lake in the valley, and that picture is the whole idea behind the name.

I'm Carl Feathers. I served in the Marine Corps, then spent 13 years driving a truck, where I learned firsthand how freight moves and what it takes to get product where it needs to go, on time and in good shape. I've also spent years in sales.

Through all of it, one picture stayed the same: a quiet piece of land off the main road, hills on every side, still water at the bottom.

That's how I run this business. Still water doesn't rush, and it doesn't churn. I'd rather build something steady with a few good brands than chase fast money. Your pricing is protected, your listings are cared for, and when you call, you get me.

Brands, distributors, and suppliers: tell us a little about your company. The owner reads every inquiry and replies personally.

1.Where our products come from

Every unit we sell comes directly from the brand or from an authorized distributor, and we keep the invoice on file for all of it.

We don't buy from retail stores or online retailers to resell.

We don't sell counterfeit, diverted, or gray-market products.

We only sell new products in their original packaging.

5.Working directly with brands

When we work directly with a brand, we sell only on the channels and terms the brand approves in writing.

If we notice pricing or listing problems with a brand's products, we let the brand know.

If a brand asks us to stop selling its products, we stop ordering new inventory and work with the brand on the units we already have.
